Mumford & Sons to rock Abu Dhabi

British rockers Mumford and Sons will play the du Arena on November 25 night as part of the Yasalam After Race Concert. The Grammy Award-winning band join DJ Calvin Harris (November 23) and pop star Pink (November 26) who will perform in the UAE capital as part of the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix concerts.

Mumford and Sons have headlined the Glastonbur­y Festival and played to Believe, The Wolf, The Cave, I Will Wait and Little Lion Man. Organisers said more artists and free concerts will be announced later. Entry to after-race gigs at du Arena, however, is limited to race ticket holders only, starting at Dh195. “With the latest artist announced, we have lined up four days of outstandin­g entertainm­ent for the thousands of people attending from more than 170 countries,” said Tareq Al Ameri, CEO of Yas Marina Circuit.
