Chidambaram’s son may be allowed to travel
The
Supreme Court yesterday indicated that it may allow Karti Chidambaram, son of former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram, to go abroad for four or five days as it studied documents submitted by the CBI to oppose his application.
Karti Chidambaram is seeking the apex court’s nod to travel to Cambridge in connection with the admission of his daughter.
The court was hearing a CBI plea that challenged the Madras High Court’s stay order on the notice against Karti Chidambaram.(IANS)
