Three agreements, MoU signed

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and French President Emmanuel Macron yesterday attended the signing of three agreements and a Memorandum of Understanding.

A cooperation agreement in the field of culture and art was signed by Noora Mohammad Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, and Francoise Nyssen, France’s Minister of Culture. An agreement on the declaration of basic principles for setting up the Global Observatory for Climate was signed by Ahmad Abdullah Humaid Bel Houl Al Falasi, Minister of State for Higher Education and Advanced Skills and Chairman of the UAE Space Agency, and JeanYves Le Gall, president of France’s space agency Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales. An agreement was signed on France’s participation in Dubai Expo 2020. An MoU was signed between Mubadala Investment, CDC International Capital and Bpifrance.
