Today’s poll is based on the page A13 report, “Louvre Abu Dhabi stuns first-day visitors”, published in the Nation section of Gulf News on November 12.

Three out of ten Gulf News poll respondents have never been to a museum or gallery. Now, they can make their first visit truly memorable, by heading to Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Arab world’s first universal museum, which opened its doors to the public on Saturday.

The UAE is home to around 47 museums, which provide insight into the history and culture of the land, and surrounding region. At Louvre Abu Dhabi however, 12 galleries span humanity’s story across different cultures and time. Expatriates might find that it resonates with their own history and traditions.
