Sharjah Airport customers recognised for opinions
Programme aligns with the airport authority’s dedication to customer satisfaction
Sharjah International Airport Authority said it has recently recognised the winners of the customer opinions programme, “Because We Care”. Since the programme’s launch in 2009, it has been received positively by customers and passengers. The programme allows them to express their opinions on the services and facilities in the airport and to provide suggestions. The programme is a part of SIA’s efforts to optimise the experience of customers and ensure excellence in customer service quality.
The ceremony to honour the winners was attended by Shaikh Faisal Bin Saoud Al Qasimi, Director of Sharjah Airport Authority.
