Phase two of e-link begins

The e-link project between Dubai Health Authority and General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs has entered its second phase.

The first phase was pre initiated in April through a resolution pertaining to implementing the health insurance system in Dubai.

Dr Haidar Al Yousuf, Director General of the Health Funding Department at DHA, said that the second phase features directly linking the health insurance e-system with the directorate’s Vision system.

Al Yousuf pointed out that employers can complete the residency procedures online once health insurance is obtained and the insurance company inputs the data of a client in the Dubai Health Authority system.
