Karunesh Talwar comes to Dubai

VDesi Laughs, a UAE comedy collective, is back with a routine to tickle your funny bone. The VDesi International Showcase will feature funnyman Karunesh Talwar in Dubai on Monday and Tuesday.

The second edition features the founders of VDesi Laughs, Salman Qureshi, Miqdaad Dohadwala and Amit Asudani alongside Talwar.

Talwar, who delves into social and political issues of the subcontinent, is unapologetically feminist and prone to telling cold, hard truths.

Entry for shows at both venues — The Huddle Sports Bar, Citymax Burdubai and Maxx Music Bar, Citymax Al Barsha — are free. Reservations, however, will ensure you a spot.
