Emirati teen dies, three hurt in Sharjah crash

16-year-old Emirati youth died on Saturday when his car veered off the road and overturned on Al Dhaid Road in Sharjah, an official said. The accident was caused by speeding, police said. The police found that four people, including the driver were in the car when the accident happened. The 16-year-old Emirati succumbed to injuries while three others, including one Emirati and two Egyptians, were taken to Al Dhaid hospital. Al Dhaid Police are investigating the cause of the accident. (Staff Report)
