Mohammad extends home building deadline

In his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, VicePresid­ent and Prime Minister of the UAE, ordered a three-year extension of the deadline for building private residences on plots of land granted by Dubai Government to Emiratis.

The extension starts the day following the date of the previous deadline.

The order by Shaikh Mohammad is aimed at allowing ample time for Emiratis to build their private residences as per their preference­s.

It also falls in line with the government’s efforts to boost the happiness of citizens and support social stability.

The UAE is adopting AI in a very fast, yet strategic, manner in active sectors. These effects are all aimed towards the benefit of the country and the happiness of its people.”
