Bofors case plea to be heard on May 11
A Delhi court yesterday decided to hear on May 11 the CBI’s plea seeking a direction to allow it to go for further probe into the politically sensitive Rs 64-crore Bofors payoff case.
The matter came up before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Anuj Agarwal, who posted it for hearing on May 11, noting that the original records file pertaining to the case was with the Supreme Court.
“File has not come yet. Put up for consideration on May 11,” the ACMM said.
