Need more measures

There have been recent cases of cranes falling. This is a very dangerous situation and the authorities need to look into it. Cranes are big and heavy and can cause a lot of damage to property and human lives, as seen in the recent incidents. I think people who man these construction devices need regular training so that they are aware of safety procedures.

No dryer, no problem

was reading an article published sometime back in Gulf News, wherein people were hanging clothes in their balcony or in the open areas. Few months ago, a selfservice laundromat has been inaugurated in the Jumeirah Lake Towers area, where anyone can wash and dry laundry. It’s the same concept which is available in the US or Europe. This place is different than the laundries we have all around. You can wash and dry anything. I had spoken to the people there and I was told that one of the reasons behind opening such a store was to provide a solution for people who do not have a dryer at home. This forces people to dry clothes outside. am sure that this will definitely become a solution to this issue.
