Mohammad decorates UAE heroes for bravery

Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi expresses his pride in the UAE heroes

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, yesterday decorated several UAE Armed Forces heroes with the Bravery Medal for their heroic actions, while performing their national duties in “Operation Restoring Hope” in Yemen.

At a ceremony held at Qasr Al Bahr yesterday, Shaikh Mohammad expressed his pride in the UAE heroes, the nation’s protectors, for what they have offered to their nation and people and their heroic and honourable actions, which reflect their faithfulne­ss, sacrifices, courage, giving and dedication, which they inherited from their fathers and grandfathe­rs. Shaikh Mohammad prayed to Allah Almighty to preserve the nation and its wise leadership for its continued victory and glory, wishing the injured a swift recovery.

Shaikh Mohammad asked Allah to bestow his mercy upon the righteous martyrs and grant them a place in paradise.

Shaikh Mohammad decorated with the medals Shaikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ali Rashid Saif Al Ghaithi, Mohammad Ahmad Abdul Aziz Al Shehi, Mousa Yousuf Ali Bin Huwaiden, Humaid Rashid Saeed Al Zaabi, Abdul Rahman Mohammad Ebrahim Al Hammadi, Mohammad Rashid Mohammad Al Suraidi and Ahmad Majid Saeed Al Nuaimi.

Lieutenant General Hamad Mohammad Thani Al Rumaithi, Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces, was also present on the occasion.
