Holiday Inn Express sets Saudi debut

Hokair Group has signed a Master Development Agreement (MDA) with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) which will see the rollout of 10 Holiday Inn Express hotels over the next 15 years.

As part of the agreement, the first Holiday Inn Express will be a 200-room hotel based in Jeddah followed by openings in key cities across the country. All 10 hotels will be operated under longterm franchise agreements. Al Hokair Group operates six Holiday Inn hotels in Saudi Arabia. (Staff Report)
