Emirati student gets first degree of its kind

The

first Master of Business in Innovation and Entrepreneurship degree at the University of Wollongong in Dubai was awarded to an Emirati student at its graduation ceremony, the university said last week. The ceremony conferred degrees on 292 graduates from different faculties. The degree was launched in 2016, and Faris Ali became the first graduate to get the degree. Faris said: “It gives me great pleasure to be the UAE’s first graduate with a Master’s degree in the innovation and entrepreneurship specialisation from UOWD.” (Staff Report)
