Rains expected to ease at last in Mumbai
Heavy rains continued to fall in Mumbai and other major cities in the country yesterday, disrupting flights, trains and road traffic. The intensity of the rains in Mumbai is expected to reduce today, forecasters said, bringing relief to residents. The off-shore trough extending from North Maharashtra Coast to Kerala Coast is expected to result in heavy to very heavy rains over coastal parts of Maharashtra, Goa, coastal Karnataka and Kerala.
