Blackpink back after a year’s hiatus
Blackpink are back more powerful than ever with their highly anticipated first mini-album Square Up which released on Friday and, as predicted, a big hit in South Korea and the international iTunes Top Albums charts.
The K-pop girl group shot to the top of the iTunes Albums charts in 38 countries, which includes Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and also ranked No. 1 on the UAE iTunes Top Songs chart with lead track DDU-DU DDU-DU, just hours after its release. The track was also No. 1 on Korea’s daily and real-time music charts.
