UAE and US naval officials hold talks

General Shaikh Saeed Bin Hamdan Bin Mohammad Al Nahyan, Commander of the UAE Naval Forces, received yesterday Vice-Admiral Scott A. Stearney, Commander of the US Naval Forces Central Command, and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed matters relating to maritime cooperation and a number of topics of common interest.

The meeting was attended by a number of senior naval officers from both sides. (WAM)
