Frank Sinatra tribute show coming to UAE

Get ready to smile and hum along as the NSO Big Band pays tribute to Frank Sinatra this October. The 17-member band — with a few guest performers thrown in — are ready to glide into the world of ol’ Blue Eyes, with songs such as Come Fly with Me, The Lady is a Tramp, The Best is Yet to Come and New York, New York.

The concerts are scheduled for October 5 at the Emirates Palace Hotel Auditorium, on Abu Dhabi Corniche, and on October 6 at The MusicHall at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel, in Dubai. NSO’s Music Director Andrew Berryman will lead the band. And they will be joined on stage by trumpet virtuoso Ryan Quigley, jazz trombonist Trevor Mires, and vocalists Ciaran Fox (pictured) and Cara Jane Roberts.
