I’ve been participating in these draws for the last 19 years, yes you read it correctly, 19 years, without ever winning (“Big Ticket to make UAE residents’ wishes come true, launches new platform”, Gulf News, September 12)! The authority in charge of these draws should keep a quota or a limit for every nationality, to give all the different nationalities a fairly good chance of winning.
