A family rides on a boat on their way to immerse a statue of the Hindu deity Ganesh in the Yamuna river, during the 11-day long festival of Ganesh Chaturthi in New Delhi. The festival, which is annually celebrated across the country, runs this year from September 13 to September 23, and culminates with the immersion of statues in local water bodies.
