Landmark donates Dh3m in Kerala relief

Landmark Group, the retail and hospitalit­y conglomera­te, is donating Dh3 million, including over Dh1.5 million worth of goods channelled through Emirates Red Crescent, to help fund relief and rehabilita­tion work in the flood-ravaged Indian state of Kerala.

The goods include essential items like blankets and towels, as well as footwear and clothing for women, men and children, from different brands such as Babyshop, Max and Lifestyle.

“Our deepest sympathies are with all those who have been affected by the devastatin­g floods in Kerala. We are hopeful that our contributi­on in India and UAE will make a positive difference to the state and its people,” said Renuka Jagtiani, chairwoman and CEO of the Landmark Group.
