Awqaf donates Dh1m to help the needy

Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation (AMAF) has donated Dh1 million to Dubai’s Community Development Authority (CDA) to aid its Social Solidarity Fund as part of its initiatives for the Year of Zayed.

Ali Al Mutawa, AMAF Secretary General, said: “It is the moral obligation of every individual and institution to help shape an integrated, enabled community in the UAE. This is possible only by unifying charitable efforts that empower people and ensure their inclusion within the community.”
