The Chevrolet Bolt EV is the latest electric vehicle to join the Dubai Police fleet of patrols. Eight of these cars will be added to the force’s impressive line-up of hybrid and electric vehicles.
Brigadier Dr Mohammad Nasser Al Razooqi, director of the Transport and Rescue Department at Dubai Police, praised the partnership with Chevrolet.
“The addition of eight Chevrolet Bolt EV cars to our electric fleet will have a big impact in our mission to raise awareness about the benefits of conservation within the emirate,” he said.
The Chevrolet Bolt EV can travel up to 520km on a single charge. The vehicle joins the growing Dubai police fleet, along with supercars such as McLaren, Bugatti Veyron and Aston Martin, as well as Nissan GTR vehicles.
