KCR announces memorial for Vajpayee

Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrasekhar Rao has announced that the state government will build a memorial to the late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Hyderabad. The Telangana Legislative Council discussed yesterday a condolence motion on the death of Vajpayee. KCR said that besides the building the memorial extending over an acre will have a pillar as well as a statue of Vajpayee.

KCR described Vajpayee as a great leader and a great man who never compromised on his convictions.
