You’re rarely secretive. Yet you’ve avoided even mentioning certain ideas or existing plans mostly because you were unsure how others would react. While that caution is understandable the longer you wait to let others know what you’re doing the more likely they are to be upset. Tell them everything. And soon.

The time has come to take a break. You’ve been ‘on duty’ at work or perhaps with a family member or friend who is struggling and who needs a great deal of support. Yet you feel this is entirely your responsibility. The fact is there are others who can and should lend a hand.
