Nuclear power plant gets its dome

Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) yesterday achieved a milestone by successfully completing Dome Placement of Karachi Nuclear Power Plant Unit-III (K-3). Mohammad Naeem, the chairman of PAEC, in a statement issued on the occasion, said that the Dome Placement of K-3 Nuclear Power Plant will mark the completion of civil works of the plant.

Once the entire project is completed, the new nuclear power plants will add 2200 megawatt of electricity to the national grid, Naeem said.
