No registration fees for electric vehicles in RAK

The

Ras Al Khaimah Police have announced exemption of fees for registration, renewal and ownership transfer for all the electric vehicles. The announcement was made following orders of His Highness Shaikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.

The decision will be effective from today until December 31, 2021, in coordination with the Department of Energy and Renewable Energy in Ras Al Khaimah municipality. (Staff Report)
