Minister slams ‘non-practical’ request

Home Minister Rajnath Singh said yesterday that the opposition was making a non-practical demand of making public the details of the Rafale jet deal with France over corruption charges.

Accusing the opposition of trying to mislead the people, Singh said that in view of the nation’s security, all details related to the deal cannot be revealed to the public.

“This has also happened during the tenure of the previous governments,” he said. (IANS)
