President’s Cup gets under way

The first round of the President’s Jiu-Jitsu Cup kickedoff last weekend at Al Jazira Club in Abu Dhabi with the participation of 100 players of different ages across three categories — senior (Over21), youth (Under-20) and junior (Under-17).

Participants representing 16 clubs from across the UAE split into four groups, with only the top two in each qualifying for the quarters.

This year’s edition will take place over three rounds with a champion crowned in each category.
