TDP leader dies in road accident in US

A veteran Telugu Desam leader and member of Andhra Pradesh’s Legislative Council died in a road accident in the United States yesterday.

Former Member of Parliament from Visakhapatnam, M.V.V.S. Murthy, 76, died when the car he was travelling in collided with a truck in Alaska, according to his family members in Visakhapatnam. Three others who were with Murthy also died. The group were on their way from Alaska to visit Anchorage wildlife sanctuary.
