Insurance sector experts honoured at conference
The 500-bed Thumbay Academic Hospital was pre-launched at the event in Ajman
Leading insurance experts were felicitated at the Annual Health Insurance Conference and Award Ceremony 2018, jointly organised by Thumbay Hospital & Gulf Medical University, and held at the Fairmont Hotel, Ajman, on Thursday.
The chief guest, Dr. Salem Al Darmaki, pre-launched the 500-bed Thumbay Academic Hospital, the largest such hospital in the region coming up at Thumbay Medicity. ■ Experts analysed the role of technology in reducing the cost of health care.
Dr. Salem Al Darmaki, adviser to the UAE Minister of Health and Prevention, was the chief guest. Dr. Thumbay Moideen, founder and president of Thumbay Group, was the special guest of honour.
