Man faces two groping charges

supervisor appeared in court for the second time in a week yesterday, on trial for groping his female coworker in a lift.

The Indian supervisor, 28, is charged with groping and kissing a Nepalese woman porter in an elevator in an Al Quoz building.

On Monday the Dubai Court of First Instance had given the same man a threemonth jail term for groping another co-worker. A police sergeant told prosecutors that the man alleged he grabbed the woman to prevent her from falling in the lift. (Staff Report)
