In good books

This is in reference to the recent deal India signed with Russia (“India has signed a $5b deal to buy Russian S-400s”, Gulf News, October 6). On his recent visit, the Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister

Narendra Modi signed a deal and this shows that India and Russia have had a relationship which goes back a long time. India is liked by every nation because of its straightforward and secular nature.
