Dubai realty transactions top Dh162b

Property and plot transactions in Dubai totalled Dh162 billion (from 39,802 deals) in the first nine months compared to Dh204 billion a year ago. Investments by Emiratis and Indians are near parity so far this year — the former had 4,112 investments worth Dh9.4 billion, while Indians backed 4,676 investments worth Dh8.6 billion.
