But actually the foundation on which these were based is shifting. This in turn has triggered changes that are swifter and more dramatic than seemed possible.

Only days ago it looked like your worries about being forced to make unwelcome changes were exaggerated. But ironically you’ve only just realised others are as reluctant as you are. Talk this over. Things can’t remain as they are, but there isn’t nearly as much of a rush as you feared.
