At least seven people were killed and 1,154 others injured in 1,020 road accidents in Punjab, during the past 24 hours. According to Rescue 1122, among the injured, 672 were seriously injured and required to be taken to different hospitals, whereas 475 minor injured victims were treated at the incident site by rescue medical teams.
