New WhatsApp service from Aramex
Dubai-based logistics firm Aramex yesterday announced the launch of a more personalised customer interaction channel, in partnership with WhatsApp for Business. Its roll-out is part of the company’s efforts to enhance customer experience and digitise the endto-end shipment journey.
In its preliminary version, the service will include a “track and trace” function and a “find Aramex nearest location” feature. The service aims to provide an ondemand and personalised customer interaction. (Staff Report)
