Mother of two illegal kids jailed over fake marriage

She will be tried for sex outside marriage and entering UAE illegally

Amother of two has been jailed for three months for forging marriage papers when she was arrested for having sex outside marriage.

The 31-year-old Uzbek mother walked into police a station in June 2018 and surrendered herself after she delivered an illegal baby boy in 2016 as she could not issue official birth certificate and papers for him. When questioned, the woman said she had also delivered a baby girl in 2015, claiming the father was her countryman husband.

On Sunday, the Dubai Court of First Instance jailed the woman three months for using forged marriage papers and reentering the UAE after having been deported in 2011.
