What is Paytm?

Paytm is an Indian e-commerce payment system and digital wallet company, based out of Noida, bordering Delhi. Founded in 2010, it began as a prepaid mobile and DTH (direct-to-home) recharge platform. Available in 10 Indian languages, it now also offers online bill payments, travel and movie tickets, online payments at grocery stores and restaurants. It is also a payment option for railways, flight and cab (Ola, Uber) bookings.
