Cesar Sayoc is a fervent supporter of Trump with an extensive record of past arrests, including a stint served on probation for making a bomb threat. His arrest record includes 20 criminal charges, the latest related to a 2015 theft. He has also been charged with battery and possession and distribution of illegal drugs. In June, he praised Trump ina birthday message saying: ‘Happy Birthday President Donald J. Trump the greatest President ever.’
