‘Dabangg 3’ set for 2019 release

Arbaaz Khan, who is gearing up for the release of Jack & Dil, says he aims to release his next production Dabangg 3 at the end of next year.

“A lot of work on Dabangg 3 has been done. We have almost locked script of the film. We have almost locked cast and technicians for the film. Now we are doing pre-production of the film where we will finalise shortlisted songs, we will start production designing of the film and after that, we will do recce of locations,” said the actor-director.

“We will start shooting the film by the end of February or in the beginning of March next year. We are aiming and hoping that we will be able to release the film by end of next year,” he further added. The third instalment in the Dabangg franchise will see Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha reprise their roles of Chulbul Pandey and Rajjo, respectively.

In Jack & Dil, he plays a husband who hires a detective (Amit Sadh) to keep an eye on his wife, played by Sonal Chauhan. The film is out on November 2 in India.
