Les Mills Live back in Dubai in December

Global fitness festival Les Mills Live will return to the UAE on December 9 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. A fullday event featuring all the workouts from fitness company Les Mills, the festival will give everyone a chance to work out with popular trainers and instructors through classes including BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, RPM and The Trip cycle class.

Headlining the event will be programme directors Dan Cohen, Lisa Osborne and international presenter Caley Jack, alongside regional trainers.

Held around the world, Les Mills Live gives fitness enthusiasts the chance to workout in a party atmosphere. Previous events have seen 6,000 people attend a single class.

Tickets, priced at Dh499, for unlimited access to classes, are now on sale online. —
