3in1: New menu

Vida Downtown recently brought in a new executive chef, Ian Mancais, to head their kitchen. His new menu includes signature starters such as Fire on Ice, a spicy crispy beef or chicken salad tossed with spinach, sprouts and sweet pepper, and the Alive and Inspired Summer Salad, made with mango, avocado, papaya, fresh spinach, and kale with lemon scented panfried salmon or chicken. A wide selection of pizzas is on offer too while other main course indulgences include pub style fish and chips, south east Asian spicy crispy beef, Balinese nasi goreng and chicken or lamb biryani, baked orange blossom chicken tikka, among others.
