Former MNA and PTI leader passes away

Member National Assembly (MNA) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Malik Nasir Khan died of cancer in Peshawar late on Thursday night, his family said.
Nasir was admitted to North West Hospital Peshawar, with cancer in the final stage and was undergoing treatment. Funeral prayers were held in his native town of Jaan Kalay, Surrani Bannu. He was elected once to the National Assembly and twice to the provincial assembly, also serving as federal minister of state in the PML (N) government. (APP)
