Chretien says farewell as party leader
2003 - Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien said his final farewell as Liberal Party leader in Toronto, but Canada now faces an unsettling time with Chretien as official leader and his heir-apparent, Paul Martin, itching to take over.
