Damac readies the Paramount experience

Three residential towers are ready for handover, with hotel set for a 2019 finish

The “Paramount” experience can now be had in Dbai itself… at least by the residents of the three residential towers located in the Burj neighbourhood. Handovers have started at the three, while a fourth tower featuring a Paramount-branded hotel will be completed next year.

The project - called the Damac Towers by Paramount - is the first time that the brand name behind the US film studio gets an opening here. “We had set out to create a distinctive living experience, offering the best of Hollywood-inspired luxury in the heart of Dubai,” said Ali Sajwani, General Manager of Operations at Damac Properties.

The three towers, at over 270 metres, feature 1,200 serviced suites, done up in what the developer says is the “quintessential California lifestyle”. The hotel will have 800 keys.

Damac, which is expected to announce its ninemonth results this week, has multiple projects on Shaikh Zayed Road stretch, which includes the Aykon City, a cluster of high-rises along the Canal.
