England women prevail

England women fought off threats of another washout in their second game to ensure they made light work of Bangladesh to record a clinical seven-wicket win (DLS method) on Monday.

Debutant left-arm spinner Kristie Gordon returned with figures of three for 16 in her four overs to restrict Bangladesh to 76/9. The batters ensured the revised target of 64 was reached in just 9.3 overs.
