ADX achieves 97% disclosure compliance

Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) yesterday said it achieved a compliance rate of 97 per cent in disclosure of third quarter financial statements of its listed public joint stock companies, within the 45-day deadline from September 30.

About 63 of 65 local and foreign, public listed companies disclosed their thirdquarter statements. The combined net profit of all companies as of September 30 showed an increase of 1.59 per cent over the same period in 2017. The insurance sector saw the highest increase with a 58.49 per cent rise.
