Johar sorry for hurting communal sentiments

Filmmaker Karan Johar has apologised after he “unintentionally” hurt the sentiments of the people from Northeast India, when he made fun of a tradition ‘japi’ hat from Assam in one of the behind-the-scenes videos he posted on his social media. “It was purely unintentional and came from a place of no knowledge which is absolutely no excuse,” Johar tweeted.
