Mohammad attends graduation ceremony

1993 - The second batch of graduates from the Dubai Police College received their certificates from General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Defence Minister and Chief of Dubai Police and Security, at a colourful ceremony. The 126 police cadets and correspondent law students and the fourth and fifth batches of university students graduated before a distinguished audience of senior UAE police, defence and government officials.
